Boris is the founder of Texas Basketball Scouts (TBScouts.com). His passion is providing media coverage of grassroots basketball and helping high school players with their college recruitment. Boris is a graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and he is passionate about helping student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing basketball in college and beyond.
